Here are the warranties that we offer for our machine sales.
Terms & Conditions
Payments: 100% Payment before delivery.
Delivery: Immediate delivery while stocks last. Client will be responsible for transportation and insurance of goods in transit.
Warranty on Machinery: There shall be SIX months on all Mechanical components excluding electrical components. Provided, however that full installation of components is handled by Dehydrator Hub. Dehydrator Hub shall be excluded from liabilities arising from normal wear and tear, damages due to incorrect use, or carelessness or missing maintenance schedule or damages arising from modifications not effected by Dehydrator Hub Technicians.
Installation: All installation shall be done by a qualified engineer nominated by Dehydrator Hub and client shall be responsible for all costs including transportation, accommodation and other sundry expenses during the period of installation.
Electrical Supply during installation: This warranty shall be void and have no effect if the following conditions are not complied with; electrical equipment must be connected to the correct electrical supply as specified on each unit. The voltage of supply must remain constant.
Clients Obligation for installation: The client shall be responsible for the following:
– Transportation of equipment, insurance of goods in transit.
– Supplementary equipment and optional if not included in the price.
-Machine positioning
– Building structures, all types of civil work at site, electrical cables gear switches, change over switches, panels, pipe, plumbing work and any other electrification works etc.
– Raw materials for test running of all machinery.
