How do you pack your dried vegetables while minimizing further loss.
Here’s how we do ours. We line the floor with enough material (we prefer baking paper) large enough to cover the width of our dehydrator. For the 24-tray double door dehydrator, we use two large sheets of brown paper. You can get this from the bookshop.
